Healthy Life and Nutrition Coaching:  Have you ever decided to go healthy?  Maybe you have said to yourself...."Starting right now I am only eating healthy"!  Then you go to the grocery store and have no idea what to buy or how to cook it.  As your Healthy Life and Nutrition Coach I will walk you through the grocery store and teach you how to read labels and what to look for.  I will clean out your pantry and refridgerator with you and get rid of the junk!  I will support you in coming up with your specific goals and a game plan to attain your goals.  If you choose to, you can also add cooking classes to your coaching sessions. Coaching is a very personalized service.  If you have children I will help you create new and exciting ways to make "healthy" lunches, dinners and snacks that they will actually eat.  I will also teach  them  the importance of eating healthy.  I will hold your hand every step of the way!

Non Toxic Products   Learn more about the toxic products you may be using and the safe alternative to replace them.   One hour  In home consultation $50.00  (add this service to your coaching plan for 1/2 price)

Long Distance Coaching  If you live outside of the Boca Raton area coaching sessions will be held over the phone and a manual will be sent with instructions on how to read labels, what to buy and what to get rid of.  Goals, coaching calls and game plan included.  Cooking classes will be recipes only.  Long distance coaching is $1,000.00 for an 8 week session.
